Well, what do you know? Just after I posted my first post I ran across Ali Edwards’s Scapbooking with your Computer series on her blog. Ali Edwards is one of the most popular scrapbookers I know of. She has a column in Creating Keepsakes, keeps a very popular blog, and designs both paper and digital scrapbooking goodies.

I think that the idea of starting most paper crafts can be very intimidating, largely because they all seem to require so many accessories. You’ve got your papers, your adhesives, your regular scissors, your fancy scissors, your stickers, your ribbons, your twines, your… well, you see where I’m going with this. In case you had the same concern about digital paper crafting, I thought I’d offer a few resources.

http://www.craftcrave.com/ compiles lists of free digital scrapbooking and digital cutter (Cricut, etc.) files. Be aware that the image shown isn’t always the freebie, but it is from the same blog post that the freebie is posted in, so you may have scroll all the way to the bottom of the linked post to see the freebie.

The same rules apply at http://cbhscrapbookfreebiessearch.blogspot.com/

Two Peas in a Bucket, one of the biggest scrapbooking web sites out there, has a freebie section with kits, templates, and wordart. They also have a section with really fun free fonts.
