Does anyone else have a goal to be better this year about keeping in touch with people? Do you have resolutions about sending Thank You Notes, returning calls, calling family, returning e-mail, acknowledging birthdays and holidays? Here are some card making ideas that can help you keep in touch.

Jennifer at Simple Scrapper has four card templates that you can print, cut out, and assemble. Two are pre-filled with designs and two can be put into Photoshop and layered with the digital design of your choosing. All four are designed to fit on a standard half-page card. You can make your own or buy pre-made cards at the craft store.

Sister Diane at CraftyPod makes a selection of cards using one circle punch. While normally I’d say “Punch? I’ll use the Cricut!” but in this case you just have to use the punch. The resulting cards are adorable.

DesignSponge has these cards made from wallpaper scraps.

Thanks so much for the shout-out! I’m rather chagrined to admit, I do have a Cricut. I’m just too lazy to get it out most of the time. :-)
