Boards: The one I made using everyone else’s ideas

I had great ideas for a super board. One that would use every idea we saw last week. It would be half white board over fabric, with the other half being a French memo board, and the other half… even in my mind it was the Frankenboard. It would have taken forever and been hideous.

In the end I decided to borrow Sara’s idea and make a hybrid board. I took some digital papers by Jen Allyson, from her Vanity Fair Sepia collection, and made myself a wants/needs board. And then, since I was trying to remember why it’s important to remember the difference, I put the word “budget” at the top. I printed it on my printer and put it in a Ribba frame from Ikea.

Here it is, ready to be written on:

Here it is in use:

Easy peasy. I do wish I had a better printer, as mine took some of the color out of the colors on the paper, but in the end I still like the look of it.
